Every AI-associated facility Candor has researched is listed below — excluded facilities (shared tenancy, not yet operational, behind-the-meter generation) are still a record, not a gap.
What the badges mean
Confidence tier — how certain the tenancy is
- confirmed
- Directly confirmed — the provider is explicitly tagged as the user (or, for Google/Microsoft's own facilities, the confirmed owner).
- likely
- Probable but not as firmly sourced as "confirmed."
- speculative
- An association appears in reporting but isn't confirmed — listed for visibility, not treated as established.
Exclusion reason — why a facility isn't counted toward an estimate
- shared site, no published split
- Multiple tenants confirmed, but no public source states how capacity divides between them.
- not yet operational
- Deal confirmed, but current capacity is 0 MW — nothing is running there yet.
- speculative-tier association
- The provider link itself is unconfirmed (see confidence tier above).
- on-site generation, not grid-only
- A meaningful share of this site's power comes from on-site generation (e.g. gas turbines) — grid fuel-mix data wouldn't represent it accurately.
